The concept of Hotel Verge was a collaboration with the City of Launceston to develop a central car park site into a 86 room high quality hotel with function space, restaurant and ancillary hotel facilities opposite the Albert Hall and City Park within the central business district. The Hotel was designed, constructed and after opening of the Hotel was in September 2020, operated by an associated entities of Stay Tasmania. The Hotel adds quality accommodation for both leisure and corporate markets in Launceston.
